Check PF Balance with UAN Number & Other Online Methods

You can not only access your PF account details but also make withdrawal requests using this app. To start using this app and avail these services, link your KYC details such as Aadhaar number and UAN.

Follow these simple steps to check your PF balance through UMANG App:

1. Install the app on your phone
2. Open the app and choose EPFO
3. Select the ‘Employee Centric Services’ option
4. Click on the 'View passbook' option
5. Enter your 12-digit Universal Account Number
6. Click on ‘Get OTP’
7. On receiving the OTP on your registered mobile number, click ‘Log in’

You can then view your PF balance.

Through EPFO app

Alternatively, you can also use the dedicated EPFO application called the ‘m-sewa’ app to check your EPF balance. To check your EPF balance using m-sewa, follow these simple steps:

1. Install the ‘m-sewa’ app from Google Play Store
2. Click on the 'Member' option
3. Navigate to the 'Balance/Passbook' option
4. Enter your Universal Account Number and registered mobile number
5. Allow the app to verify your mobile number

On verifications, you can view the EPF balance.

Through EPFO website using UAN

Finally, you can also check your PF balance through the EPFO website using UAN. Follow these steps:

1. Visit the EPFO website and log in
2. Click on the ‘Our Services’ option
3. Choose ‘For Employees’ option
4. Click on the ‘Know Your Claim Status' option
5. Enter your 12-digit UAN and password
6. Click on the relevant member ID
