·         Ensure you have a good and dependable lawyer to get the things you need in order such as checking the contract, preparing the funds, and other administrative stuff you might not have time for.

·        To make sure you can afford the place, have yourself qualified financially. It is best to check with a bank to see if the condo you are buying fits your budget and not get you bankrupt.

·         Make sure to allot time and effort in hunting for the best offers. You will need to visit several locations and condominiums before selecting the one that suits you.

·          Opt to buy the largest suites that your budget can afford because it might be hard to resell studio types or even one bedroom types.

·          Make sure to go around the neighborhood several times and at different times of the day. Visit the nearby parks and attractions, especially if there are schools around where your kids can go to. Schools closest to your place is the best place for your children to study at.

·         Choose a suite with a view if it is within your budget. It’s not only for your eyes to appreciate as you live there, but it will greatly help when you decide to sell it later.

·       Avoid suites that are overlooking garage entrances or those right above vehicle roads. Also avoid locations that looks over garbage areas or garbage pickup spots. You don’t want to hear cars zooming by every time or inhale the smoke from these vehicles. The stench of garbage carries over a few feet so make sure you are not within the vicinity of where they put and pick up garbage.

Once you’ve selected some of your favorites, go ahead and do an ocular visit to make sure they are what they promise to be.
